The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture is open to professional artists, producers and other stakeholders in all fields/sectors of art and culture in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The programme provides grants for individuals, network-building for cultural operators and funding for residency centres.

With this programme, Nordic Energy Research hope to concretize the collaboration in energy research between universities and institutions in Nordic and Nordic-Baltic regions through mobility and networking grants. The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture strengthens artistic and cultural cooperation in the Nordic region and Baltic states. The programme focuses on increasing the exchange of knowledge, contacts, presence and interest in Nordic and Baltic art and culture. The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme comprises three forms of funding: mobility, network and residence funding. The mobility funding provides applicants, who may be individuals or small groups, access to contacts, skills and knowledge from different parts of the region.
