The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration is an important instrument for developing the cooperation between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on an equal footing.

The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture is open to professional artists, producers and other stakeholders in all fields/sectors of art and culture in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The programme provides grants for individuals, network-building for cultural operators and funding for residency centres.

With this programme, Nordic Energy Research hope to concretize the collaboration in energy research between universities and institutions in Nordic and Nordic-Baltic regions through mobility and networking grants.
